Prospective authors are encouraged to contribute and help to shape the conference through submissions of their research papers. The high-quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Engineering and Computer Applications are cordially invited for presentation at the conference. Original papers on the following indicative topics, but not limited to, are welcome to be submitted for the conference. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers in PDF format not exceeding 6 pages in double-column includes all figures, tables, and references. The paper must follow the standard IEEE Formatting Instructions. The E-Copyright form must be submitted by the author or presenter at the time of registration. All Accepted and Presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for publication (IEEE Conference number #63558)which is indexed with world's lead on to IEEE Xplore which is indexed with world’s leading Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) databases (SCOPUS etc.). Publication at IEEE Xplore is subject to IEEE's scope and quality policy. At least one author of each paper should register for the conference
